For hygiene and safety reasons, our massage devices cannot be returned or refunded once used, unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage upon delivery.

However, we offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee, applicable only in the following cases:

• The product is defective or damaged upon arrival

• The product does not function properly during first use

In such cases, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos or videos of the issue.
We will offer a prompt and suitable solution, such as a replacement, store credit, or full refund depending on the situation.

⛔ Returns will not be accepted if:

• The product has been used and functions as described

• The 60-day window has passed

• The damage is due to misuse or improper handling
