Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.
Once the order is validated, the customer receives an email confirmation summarizing their purchase.
Kalgood reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is an existing dispute regarding the payment of a previous order.

4. Prices

Product prices are listed in euros, all taxes included (VAT), excluding shipping fees.
Kalgood reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but the product will be billed based on the rate in effect at the time of order validation.

5. Payment

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with the law, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal and return the product, except for items where the right of withdrawal does not apply for hygiene reasons (e.g., underwear, opened adhesive inserts).
In case of a defective or damaged product, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving the item.

Kalgood shall not be held liable for any damage resulting from improper use of the purchased product.
