Excellent product, feels very good after massaging process. Battery was upside down in the remote so i was a bit worried why it failed to work, but i solved it finally. Packaging is very poor, box was crushed. Needs a much better product saver internal packaging. The product was not damaged, but if you buy it as a gift, it looks awful to give a crushed box product. This is a common issue with this as i see the comments, it is ridiculous why the company doesnt give a sh.t about it. Anyways, i will buy one more later for a gift, it really works well. Please correct relif to relief at the description.
